TOPIC: LAW & ORDER FOR MICHIGAN NURSES: DOCUMENTATION AND LICENSURE PROTECTION STRATEGIES

This in person\virtual hybrid continuing education conference session will provide information regarding clinical documentation and licensure protection strategies aimed at mitigating potential nursing liabilities in the case of criminal and other disciplinary issues. Also discussed will be the 5 steps to take using “GIFTS” to create an environment where participants can thrive in their nursing practice. Attending the full live in person/virtual presentation and completing the post session evaluation will fulfill requirements for receiving contact hours for this module.

Time: 3:00-5:00 pm – Registration check-in begins at 2:30pm for those in person
